Our consulting process begins with meeting you, understanding your property, and discussing what’s possible. We will then uncover your vision, share ideas, develop a strategy, perform a property assessment, analyze utility data, review building plans and create an alignment of intentions that result in the Building Performance Concept, delivered within the first week.

Why Building Performance? It all boils down to economics. Our Building Performance Concept will outline the potential project scope, utility savings, increase in cash flow, tax credit and property value increase.

This initial design will be used to determine the feasibility of the project and establish alignment with near and long term property goals. Once this performance concept is agreed upon and accepted, we can move into the fully engineered project design, called the Building Performance Design.
