The fastest-growing private companies–representing cities from San Diego to Sacramento–saw their combined total revenues climb 168 percent to a collective $5.5 billion between 2016 and 2018. Their 2018 revenue ranged from $1 million to $393 million. And they are also job creators, adding 26,000 to California payrolls.
